DXA Invest was founded in 2012 as a private equity manager investing in Brazil's real economy. Over more than a decade, the firm evolved into a cross-border private markets platform, connecting global capital with carefully selected opportunities, one deal at a time.

The firm operates through an institutional investment committee structure and emphasizes disciplined evaluation, governance, risk management, and alignment of interests in everything it structures and manages. It manages investment vehicles domiciled in Brazil, the Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands, and Delaware.
